CNI - Instructions for Presenters

CNI Workshop - Oral Presentations

• Duration of oral presentation is 12 minutes (10 min talk and 2 min Q&A).
• Please bring your own laptop/tablet that has external video capabilities.
• Please bring your own video adapters that support the following connections: DVI, HDMI, and VGA.
• Slides must be prepared in 16:9 ratio aspect.
• Please check-in with a member of the CNI organizing team prior to the start of the workshop.
• To maximise the exposure of your work at MICCAI, please also prepare a poster (guidelines below).

CNI Workshop - Poster Presentations

• The maximum poster size is 95cm x 175cm (Width x Height).
• This is portrait format
• Poster tacks will be provided

CNI-TL Challenge - Pitch Presentations

• Duration of oral pitches is 3 minutes (2 minutes, 1 minute questions).
• Maximum of two slides.
• Slides must be prepared in 16:9 ratio aspect.
• Please email presentation slides as a PDF document to Markus Schirmer (mschirmer1 (at) mgh.harvard.edu) by 11:59 pm PST on Oct. 4th, 2019
• Please check-in with a member of the CNI organizing team prior to the start of the workshop.
